1. What do I do first to book a Charter for my group?

2. Is there a charge to get a quote for my Group Charter?
NO. All our quotes are done complimentary, NO credit card information is necessary at this time at all.
3. Where does your Charters pickup from?
ALL of the Greater Toronto Area – GTA – Downtown Toronto, Airport Area Hotels, Corporate Offices, Schools, Churches or any Major Intersection Convenient for Your Group. Servicing Brampton, North York, Mississauga, Scarborough and more!
4. Do I have to book in advance?
YES.We recommend that you should book as far in advance as possible to guarantee a bus / vehicle. Our prices on-line are guaranteed savings for you.
5. What kind of vehicles do you have?
56 Passenger Coaches, 47 Passenger Buses, are available with Washroom on Board, 24 Seater Mini-Coaches, 14 Passenger Mini-Coaches, 8 Passenger Mini-Vans, 4 Passenger Lincoln Town Cars. All vehicles have Luggage Storage, Meticulously Maintained and Fully Licensed.
6. Are Night Charters Available?
YES. Bookings have to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
7. What is your booking payment policy?
For Charter Bookings a deposit of 10% is required to secure the booking. A bigger deposit can be left at your discretion. Balance is payable in full on the day of Charter Service.
8. What is your cancellation policy?
Yes, you may cancel up to 48 hours in advance of charter booking, NO PENALTY. Less than 48 hours, 10 % of the deposit is kept.
9. How do I pay?
You do not have to pay when you are making an online reservation. Payment can be made on the day of the Charter to the driver. We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, and American Express. If you wish to pay online we do offer the very secure PAYPAL option.
